At HMT MALL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason, you are not happy with the product you received, please follow the below mentioned process for returns.

  1. Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you will need to provide a video proof of the damage to our support email within 5 days of delivery. Our team will review the video and initiate the return process.
  2. Money Back Guarantee: Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product at our warehouse and it has been thoroughly checked. The refund process will be initiated within 7 days after receiving the product.
  3. Time Limit: Please note that we do not accept return requests after 5 days of delivery. You must request the return of the product within 5 days of delivery.
  4. Packing Material: It is important that you return the product along with its original packing material, as per the actual packing in which you received it. This will ensure a smooth return process.
  5. Product Condition: To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that the product is in its original condition and has not been used or altered in any way.
  6. Shipping Costs: HMT MALL is responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the product if the product delivered is damaged. 
  7. Final Decision: HMT MALL reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns and refunds.
  8. Definite Size:- If the delivered product is of exact size mentioned in description, return won't be possible. 

Things to also consider:

    • Please make sure to properly package the product to avoid any damage during transit.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable. They can only be returned if damaged. Return/exchange request should be initiated within 5 days 

  • Please make sure to include the original packaging and any accompanying materials (such as manuals, warranties, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
  • Images of the product are clicked in the studio delivered product's shade may slightly differ from the picture.
